Voted : No, we don't make gingerbread houses
I didn't know people actually ate them. I thought they were decoration only. I figured they'd be all dusty and full of debris from whatever flying pests were in the area. Sorry for being gross, but it just never occurred to me that people ate them.
no. but they are some really cool ones on display. they're really intriciate. it's like an art form.
Voted : No, we don't make gingerbread houses
Never considered it.
Voted : we make it, and we eat them
well we used to - don't anymore. Maybe we will - just for the fun of it - just because this ballot brought it up..... When my kids were younger - we made gingerbread house with icing and some candy decorations. After a few days, we ate it. Gingerbread gets a little stale, but it's still edible. And ours weren't all that elaborate. I don't recall any bugs and a little bit of dust is no more than we suck through our lungs every day anyway.
Voted : We make them, but we don't eat them
Every few years. We usually have them displayed long enough that nobody would dare eat them.
Voted : No, we don't make gingerbread houses
haven't, but we make cookies in my family.... loads of cookies.
Voted : we make it, and we eat them
we used to keep a small one under a glass bowl, and have it for a center display. after dinner all the kids got to go destroy it and eat it.
Voted : No, we don't make gingerbread houses
But I think I will this year.
