If I do I never get into a heated conversation with someone on a cell phone while driving, which is the main cause of these accidents.

I let it ring and go to voicemail. If it is urgent I will pull over and ccall the person back.
I'm not the most cautious driver in the world, far from it, but that's actually one thing i dont do (talking on the cell phone, that is).

I used to use a hands-free set, but I don't anymore. I have recently seen 3 accidents few feet away from me all involving incompetent drivers with cellphones. If it's an important call, they will leave a message.

I see too many distracted drivers not paying attention to the traffic around them. Talking on cell phones & driving should be against the law everywhere. A few cities in Ohio have already passed laws against this.

Nope, its illegal to drive and use a mobile phone without a hands free kit at the same time here.

I can't multi-task so never talk on the cell phone while driving. I saw an episode of mythbusters where they determined driving while on a cell phone is worse than driving drunk.
