Did his own stunts, too. Well, so did Chaplin, but nothing as risky as Lloyd attempted.

When I was a about 13, I was in the den watching TV. I went hysterical watching this old time commedian try to shoot pool. My Mom came in to see what was so funny. She came in and stopped dead in her tracks and said, "Your Father always loved W.C. Fileds." Like Father, like daugher. He and I were alike in so many ways.

Voted : Harold Lloyd
I almost said Chaplin because as much as I love all the silent comics, he means the most to me. As far as being funny is concerned, however, Lloyd was definitely the funniest of them all.
