Garlic and Eel ice cream just sounds disgusting but atleast there's no fruit cake flavor,now that would be a really disgusting thing.
Octopus or Eel, that is just plain vile...

And goat cheese ice cream sounds horrible, too.

Any with strange fish/meats in it, I'm not even going to consider because I'd never touch it.
Cold Stone had Wasabi ice cream as their flavor of the month once though. I tried a sample, it was really weird - it tasted just like wasabi but cold. But it wasn't a pleasant aftertaste.
