I'm still lost on the entire concept because, when I'm able to access the approval system, the approvals start in the low thirty-thousand range, ballots I'd thought long since lost.

I delete any abusive, racist, spam entry. I only approve those that I am comfortable being listed under my ID. I leave the others for another user to decide.

I don't know what you mean by 'abusive' - if it's racist or spam I don't allow it, otherwise I let it through. just because I don't agree with it doesn't mean people don't have a right to say it.
I need some examples of what abusive is then. Nobody told me a thing of how to approve stuff, so all I have to go by is what it says 'don't reject it if you only disagree'. If it's not racist and not spam, what else is there that's not allowed?

You're approving a lot of comments like "you suck" and comments that do nothing but insult others, stuff that would pass for wit or is funny only if you're 8. And the site shouldn't be polluted with that crap.

I had no idea that a comment as benign as 'you suck' wasn't allowed here ... nobody ever told me any rules or how to do stuff when I became a maintainer! I thought people had free speech, unless they were harassing another member frequently or were being a racist spammer or troll.
So ANY insult to someone is not to be approved?

Oh I don't know Kiki, does "Fuck George Bush" sound familiar? YOU approved that abusive choice on a ballot it had no place on, and very likely were the guest user who approved it to get around my karma block on you.
You're absolutely insane Jappy, I didn't submit any kind of guest entry. I approved it though, because of a little thing called 'Freedom of SPeech'. I even told LCD to check and see if I submitted that fuck Bush thing and he in not so many words said you are insane and not to worry about you. So go off and put on your tinfoil hat and make more B&W conspiracies that don't even make sense. Freak.
