Voted : Same old song
Nothing new, really, just 55 minutes of the same thing that's being said since the election...with the need for more troops needed being floated but no definite answers to exactly what policies changes may be forthcoming...and the need to not be seen as "losers"...
highlights :
"economy is strong"
followed by
"I encourage you to go shopping more"
which is completely out of sync with rest of the speech, mostly about war.
"We need to increase the number of troops"
"We need to CHANGE the way we've been handling things in Iraq"
lots and lots of contradictions, and I only saw 5min of it. He seriously looked like someone on meth.
