Most of the time. If someones an enemy of mine, it's either because they act psycho or worse. So if someone's bad enough to get me mad, they're not likely to improve.

Depends. I'd lean towards disagree. Sometimes a family member can be an enemy one day and the next day everything is fine.

People can and do change so I say no.

It is not the person that is ever the opponent. Often it is their actions and attitudes that are the enemy. These can be reformed.

Many times it's just a matter of a misunderstandings, or, a need to find an equitable compromise. Adversity of deliberate malice is irreconcilable. In that case there is not much one can do. Most enmity can be resolved by acts of good faith and fair judgment. If an adversary is just and honest, they will respond in the like. Peace, and Merry Christmas to all.
