Once Santa exceeds the speed of light, time reverses itself, and so does distance, so he would arrive at his destination before he leaves. You see, A spirit has no beginning and no end, and can move forward and back through time so Santa can be everywhere at once. So from Relativistic theories, the analysis given simply suggests that Santa is a Spirit, and not from the physical world. So you see.. Santa Exists and the fact that we have presents proves it.
