The man is like king Midas in reverse: pretty much everything he touches turns to sh*te. His approval rates are down and no one outside the US takes him serious. IMO he has lost all his political capital.
So, is he in a position where people just want him to finish his mandate with the max. possible dignity and his mouth shut or does he still have an ace or two up his sleeve?

George W quite clearly isn't the one in charge of the country. There's a whole group of guys/girls running the country.

George bushes good image as the face of the US, died the second he invaded Afghansistan, immediatly after 9/11.
