When it's done purely for sport, I think it's grim.
For necessity, I see nothing wrong with it. We have red and grey foxes here and they do quite a bit of damage to small livestock. They've gotten in my hen house before and have even killed a whole litter of kittens last year.
This makes sense^
But "men" who kill animals for "sport" are truly pathetic.
