Santa Claus was flying across the border between Canada and the United States and was shot down by the US Air Force after failing to answer radio calls. Santa, two elves, and all the reindeer died in the crash. The FAA has recovered the sleigh's black box and is investigating, preliminary results seem to point to a faulty communications pod on the sleigh that may not have allowed Santa to transmit over his radio. This is a horrible tragedy, one that is sure to affect us for years to come!!
