Not really. The emphasis should be on the appealingness of the title/content of the ballot not on the name of the perosn who came up with it.

However, some subject matter may peak my curiosity although I may pass on voting but I'm 99% sure of who may have made the ballot so I check to see if my hunch is "on"....

To answer your question larry, I don't think it would make any difference. I tend to visit ballots because of their titles, I'm not usually bothered about who writes them.

No, I vote based on ballots that interest me. I do however make an effort to read over each ballot and the comments because you never know when you just might learn something new.
