Vicar of Dibley, without a doubt. All the british sitcoms are great. My favorites are #1 Last of the Summer Wine' #2 As Time Goes By; #3 My Hero; #Keeping up Appearances; and #3 Are You Being Served. I LOVE all those crazy inventions the maintenance man (Arthur English) makes!
