Even though there are more extinct species than living species, each loss - whether due to Man or Extinction Event - is sad.

I did some math.. with the number of years the Earth has supported living species and the rate they've come about and then died out, and I came to this complusion:

Duh. More species are of course extinct than living now. This river dolphin and many other animals dissappearing in the sped-up extinctions lately have 6.7 billions trashy stinking apes to thank.
No question there.. I did the math see ;)
