My back is f*cked right now. Hope yours feels better than mine! Seriously, there's an OTC med called Codeisan that is excellent and obtainable in any pharmacy in Spain, I think. It may help with your pain. Or at least your attitude towards the pain, lol.

Sorry to hear that. Mine are a bit better but hey thanks a lot for the tip on OTC.
I know this great sports masseuse who knows how to take care of my physical malaises. She has a special way with her hands which makes me feel totally relaxed (good thing i'm usually facing down on the table ehehe).
Anyway, have you ever consider going to one of these masseuses? It really works
