Since I couldn't get my service provider to boot my server, I relocated bestandworst.com to a cheapo virtual private server at a company named Tektonic. Now I know that having millions of hits being pushed into a $20/mo account may be objectionable to the server operator, but I noticed that the server "mysteriously" goes down every few days, and it doesn't go back up until I boot the server.
