COMMENTS:
Naw, that doesn't bother me... but to watch 'Animal Cops' and to see how cruel some people are to pets... that's hard for me to watch!

Yeah, Mo, I agree. Animals in the wild are just following the cycle of nature. People, on the other hand, by having pets, have broken that cycle and have made our pets entirely dependent upon us. They "trust" us. People who abuse animals are in the same category as degenerates who abuse babies, children, and the elderly.

Nature's not cruel at all. Only humans are cruel.

It's pretty gnarly. I remember seeing a particularly gruesome one where a dear-like animal got eaten by a crocodile. Thing is, the crocodile started with the feet first so it was still alive when just its head was popping out of the crocodile's mouth. It's usually pretty quick though; plus the animal doesn't understand being eaten alive the same way we do.

What Bostonian said. There's not much I can't stand more than someone who mistreats something that can't take care of itself.

Though I don't literally watch in amazement. It's nothing surprising to me really. But I do accept it as being part of the vicious cycle of nature.

I agree, makes me sick when people abuse their pets as well, I'm just saying if I designed this planet and life on it, I would have done things differently :)

Cracky: Nature is far from crap. If you want to see crap, look in any mirror.

But then, I've seen so much in my life that little or nothing disturbs me. A child or a woman being harmed would be about it for my shock-meter.
