PM Tony Blair is expected to resign on May 31st, with Gordon Brown all but gauranteed to be his successor. Do you think Britain will improve or deteriorate under Gordon Brown's leadership,(on a political, economical and social level) and what do you think Blair's legacy will be?

I think Gordon Brown will be a successful PM, up until the British public vote in David Cameron (Blair 2.0.) As for Blair's legacy, for me it will be all the lies and deceit of his government. The spin doctoring was something I could not stand, and the way they would wait for prominent news, i.e. 9/11 to release information that revealed their failures in tackling crime and illegal immigration was disgusting. Obviously the Iraq war will be in many peoples minds, but at the time I honestly thought that the invasion of Iraq was the right thing to do. I was wrong, and so was Blair. If the crisis in the middle-east continues to esculate, the Iraq war could prove to be the biggest blunder by a British PM since Neville Chamberlain announced he had secured "peace in our times" in 1938.

I believe as a member of the Labour Party that I should be balloted onthe next leader and not just have a shoe in candidate.

I would vote for John McDonnel, an MP who wants to give working people their rights back.
