A rank exaggeration that can dismissed out right as hot air.Although do you know what part of the world actually carries on the jew hating tradition of the Nazis? That's right the M.E.

Absolutely ludicrous. Another one of these senseless statements playing the Nazi card. As many Muslims especially in the middle east know little if anything about the Holocaust, this doesn't surprise me at all. Lets look at just a few of the things that the Nazis did: 1. Marriages between Jews and citizens of German or kindred blood were forbidden. Marriages concluded in defiance of this law were declared void. 2. Jews were denaturalized. Laws deprived Jews of German citizenship. This included both native-born Jews and immigrants. Marriage or sexual relations between Jews and “citizens of German or cognate blood” were forbidden. A Jew was defined as a person with at least one Jewish grandparent. 3. Jews could not vote or hold public office 4. Jews were not permitted to employ female citizens of German or kindred blood as domestic workers under the age of 45. 5. Jews were forbidden to display the Reich and national flag or the national colors. (Oddly enough, they were permitted to display the Jewish colors. Apparently to make Jews easier to identify. 6. Jews were denied even the most basic privileges and freedoms. They were denied access to certain city areas, sidewalks, transportation, places of amusement, restaurants. 7. Jews were excluded from the practice of dentistry 8. Jews could not practice law. 9. Jews could not practice medicine (at first they were prohibited to treat “Aryan Germans”) 10. Jews denied employment by press and radio 11. Jews were excluded from stock exchanges and stock brokerage 12. Jews were excluded from farming 13. Jews were excluded from business in general (with “Aryan” Germans) 14. Jews were forced to pay discriminatory taxes and huge atonement fines. Their homes, bank accounts, real estate, and intangibles were expropriated. 15. Jews were collectively fined one billion Reichsmarks 16. In 1943, the Jews were placed beyond the protection of any judicial process Violations of these laws would result in imprisonment or with hard labor. And they were shot, gassed and slaughtered by the millions. None of these things are happening to Muslims in Britain. Trying to make a case by inappropriately using the Nazi card only serves to ridicule any case they are trying to make. It also demonstrates the utter ignorance of the person using this analogy. And Jews never carried signs at a protest saying "behead those who defame Judaism".
If you want to make a case about Britain becoming a police state, you can do this rather easily without resorting to "Nazi card". This is why I voted the way I did. Pathetic argument that Naseem puts forth. Can't he do any better than that?
FiddleFaddleOnLSD - I completely agree. This comment by Doctor Naseem is ridiculous. To me, Britain must be one of the most tolerant nations on earth. Its exactly the same as people who compare George Bush and Tony Blair to Adolf Hitler. Comments like these play down the suffering Jewish people underwent at the hands of the Nazi's.

Police state, perhaps, but muslims in britain have little to complain about as most of their problems are caused by their own actions, and the government has been extremely lenient.
Voted : Not sure
But they certainly are *trying*...
We might be a nanny state, but I dont think we are a police state. If Britain really was like Nazi Germany Dr Naseem would have been gassed by now. The very fact that he's aloud to publically call Britain a police state surely proves that he's wrong.

Jews are being scapegoated in Britain by the Muslim community

Terrorism will cause mistrust and misjudgments, but that's unavoidable. I hope they only arrest people with good reason.

I don't agree with everything Dr. Naseem said but Britain is moving more towards a police state. Though comparing the Muslims in Britain to the Jews in Germany is laughable. There wasn't a large segment of the Jewish population who wanted to shit on German liberties and culture.

The title of this article erroneously represents its content. "Dr Nazeem said Britain is becoming like a police state and Muslims are being targeted. {...} (However,) we should not get angry, have patience, and keep calm and collective." Since he's a community leader it's safe to say these feelings are reflected to some extent by the community. I wonder why that is? I don't live in Britain so I can't answer. But others here in the States have done similar extreme comparisons. This Nazi Germany analogy is a result of knee-jerk fear of the nightmarish scenario of living in a real police state, I think. The analogy is stupid but the Government must be kept in check.

Nothing like Nazi Germany. Not at all.
Not only is the analogy incorrect, it is offensive.
