I'd think that would be patently obvious to anyone with half a working brain. He's obviously a parody of a right-wing populist media blowhard.

Just as I am convinced that the same is true for most of the Radio Pacifica staff: that they are attempting to undermine liberalism by showing such radically bizarre characterizations of it on air.
