I'd think that would be patently obvious to anyone with half a working brain. He's obviously a parody of a right-wing populist media blowhard.
Just as I am convinced that the same is true for most of the Radio Pacifica staff: that they are attempting to undermine liberalism by showing such radically bizarre characterizations of it on air.

he's essentially an inversion of ken_from_dublin, a left winger posing as a right winger to mock the right wing, but with comedic, rather than malicious, intent.
