TRAGEDY IN MY HOME TOWN. WHO IS TO BLAME?

On Saturday night in my hometown of Totton, a fifteen year old boy was stabbed to death outside a local shop. A 17 year old girl had been hitting the boy around the head with a stick, and in retaliation, he pushed her to the ground. The girl then phoned up her 20 year old boyfriend, who drove down to Totton to confront the boy. They had a fight, and the 20 year old lost. In retaliation he plunged a knife into the chest of the boy, who died almost instantly. The murderer then fled with his girlfriend, they where later caught and arrested. My younger brother was friends with the murdered boy and I knew him by sight. What I want to know is this; who is most responsible for the death of this kid?

It's hard to know from what I read if the lass instigated her bf to stab the 15 yo boy. We'll have to wait and see what she has to say for herself.

From what I know, the man apparently bragged to his girlfriend bfeorehand that he was going to stab the boy. However this could be untrue, there are many conflicting stories passing round, and from what I understand the only eye witness was a ten year old lad.

Going by the article, the 20 year old, because he killed the 15 year old. Very simple.

But the 17 year old could (and should) get charged too, depending on the details of her involvment with the death. Seeing how she's apparently the one that started the whole thing, she's not totally innocent either. I imagine a lot depends on what the ten year old witness saw.

The circumstances of the killing are not extenuating. The 20-year old didn't need to kill the boy, which it seems was intentional since he stabbed him in the chest. I'm sorry to hear about this. So unnecessary.
The girl bears a level of guilt by association.
