HUMAN WASTE DUMPING : IS IT ILLEGAL?

[+] ballot by LCD
created Tue Feb 06, 07

Suppose I got a baggy full of human waste.

Can I dump that anywhere, like restaurant trash recepticle, gas station trash can, etc? Is there any law against throwing that baggy away in any conventional trash recepticle?

Comment if you know of a law against it. If I can verify it on the web (URL would be helpful) You get 30 aura points.

Yes, there is a law against it
no, there is no law against it.

I'm thinking that it depends on the quantity that you dispose of, else it would be illegal to dispose of dirty diapers in public restrooms.

Why? Are you trying to figure out a way to dump your RVs waste tank a baggy full at a time to avoid disposal costs?

lol no. it was a discussion about dirty diapers being left at a local restaurant garbage can.

Ah, I see.

I can't remember, but seems like there is some regulation or line that seperates what's reasonable and what's not to toss out.

If enough diapers are being disposed of in one place, they might be breaking some kind of law. Seems like it would be considered a bio hazzard, just like doctor's office and hospital wastes.

I think it's also legal to throw it on the hood of a Hummer.
