I think it's legal to throw it on rich people's lawns.
Dump it here. They won't know the difference. 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C.
I'm thinking that it depends on the quantity that you dispose of, else it would be illegal to dispose of dirty diapers in public restrooms. Why? Are you trying to figure out a way to dump your RVs waste tank a baggy full at a time to avoid disposal costs?
lol no. it was a discussion about dirty diapers being left at a local restaurant garbage can.

Ah, I see. I can't remember, but seems like there is some regulation or line that seperates what's reasonable and what's not to toss out. If enough diapers are being disposed of in one place, they might be breaking some kind of law. Seems like it would be considered a bio hazzard, just like doctor's office and hospital wastes.
I think it's also legal to throw it on the hood of a Hummer.
