Some people believe that Bush's approval ratings are low (as low as 28% in a recent CBS poll) because he is a bad president.

Others believe that Bush's approval ratings are low because he is an excellent president, with great vision, who has made unpopular decisions, decisions that will be judged by history as brilliant.

What do you think? Are Bush's rating low because he is a bad president or is he a good president who's made unpopular decisions?

Geeze this is a very tough question cranky after all I can't think of a single instance in which Bush has failed this nation.I mean Iraq is a stable democracy,there is a budget surplus,the borders are secure,Iran and N.Korea have given up their desire to acquire nukes and ofcourse Bin Laden has been caught and Al Qeada disposed of.I don't know I think the American people are just fickled.
