^People always go for Paris and London, i wonder why.
Anyhow, i spelt the name of the Bulgarian capital with "ph" instead of an "f". Apologies for that.
I've been a few times, always looking American (well the thin-person-in-city-clothes kind of American lol)
Everyone was always helpful, we've stayed in hostels there and rented time-share apartments.
There's good and bad everywhere, it doesn't always have to do with nationality, People are people, no matter who their government is, that's what I've seen everywhere I've been.
Look here at Americans, it takes all types, every kind of freak and angel, we breathe the same air.

(NOT saying Paris has us beat for beauty, our mountains beat everyone's, but the city is beautiful.. if you're into art and beauty that is.)
