Once a month at most. That crap is poiZon.
They wont start making healthy food cheaper until the masses(and not just the middle classes) start ordering it. And the majoirty of people are too stupid to pick the healthy option.

As for 7 dollar salads. What the hell? You can fix an entire meal for a family of 4 for less that than.
I said "fast food" for when you don't want to cook. You can't buy a healthy meal for under 7 bucks.

Sure, fast food can be a *contributor* mostly obesity is just lack of self control. Also many food items found locally at your grocery store contribute to obesity as well.
It depends on overall diet that leads to obesity, that means all the sugary cereals, white bread, chips, pop, candy, ect. All this with no exercise is a sure ticket to diabetes.
Did you know a bean burrito at taco bell has only 3 grams of fat? Basically, that is the cheese on it. There are healthy options, you have to look at the nutritional label, just like on the back of your food.
As they say, all things in moderation... my boy eats a happy meal every now and then and he is not obese. At home we eat very healthy, so we can afford a tad deviation now and then.

the movies totally rock but hey we Are FREE.. free to be fat, ugly and unhealthy if we wanna.
I've eaten fast food like six times this century and that was when I didn't have a choice.

#1 and #2 of the above choices. We eat junk food only because it is there. We have gotten USED to it. Given time, we would get just as used to healthy food. Junk food is only a habit that can be broken. Junk food doesn't HAVE to be made a choice.
Oh i know Jyl, that is it still our choice to be healthy or obese, it's just that they promote the big greasy nasty delicious looking hamburgers while making new sauce flavours, like we HAD to go get the buffalo burger at Carls Jr. and it was so good, but i felt like EWW after i ate it, then on the way home from shopping the NEXT day we grabbed 2 5 dollar cheese pizzas (we didn't opt for pepperonia cause we could actually get it with just cheese) but it made me SICK and i only had 3 pieces
For fast food, thank god we have Bakers around here cause they have a vegetarian option list and you can order healthy stuff BUT you still end up ordering the fries cause it's cheaper to just get the meal instead of just the garden burger and a diet coke because they don't have any other side dishes except fries, i would get fresh fruit with my garden burger if i could but no!
Curse the evil do-ers of fast food
You can eat pretty good at a fast food place. Just order in moderation. You dont have to supersize everything and get desert. A hamburger fries and a diet or water and your fine.

Fast food is just as bad as food at the grocery store. You think what you buy at the store lacks trans fats? Check your lables again.
Yah I check all my labels, it's easy to make sure you don't get trans-fats.
It feels good knowing exactly what you're eating too.
