Voted : In the Bahamas with her son If her son wasn't dead, I'd say by Marilyn because that's what she's said she wanted all her life. But now that Daniel is buried in the Bahamas she should be buried with him.
Her mom is a Tuesday, acting like she has any rights in this at all. She hasn't even talked to her daughter in years and only runs to the tabloids or news magazines when something happens to get her two bits of fame in. I'm SO glad the judge shot her down!
