If her son wasn't dead, I'd say by Marilyn because that's what she's said she wanted all her life. But now that Daniel is buried in the Bahamas she should be buried with him.
Her mom is a Tuesday, acting like she has any rights in this at all. She hasn't even talked to her daughter in years and only runs to the tabloids or news magazines when something happens to get her two bits of fame in. I'm SO glad the judge shot her down!

I don't care so long as it's very deep and not subject to any tectonic plate movement. I don't ever want her working her way back in to the spotlight.

interesting question. I think she would have liked to be with her husband, maybe sharing the same casket?
She can have the love of her life on top of her for eternity.
