Voted : I abstain from chosing sides
This is a legitimate option that should be included on both ballots, however the addition of this choice is not made possible on the other ballot.
Please understand some may wish not to have to choose between two people we consider to be friends.
I'm not asking anyone here to chose a side, I am merely stating the facts that are in evidence. Kev24 misrepresented the facts and the truth can be found in LCD's ballot.
When a user spews lies against another user and locks that user from their ballot preventing them from having their say, then that is not in keeping with the facts and fair play...
In other words, I am having my saying regarding the matter and offering the facts 
I personally never block comments on my ballots.
And it would be unfair to judge all gays by one person.
I'm not judging him because he is gay, in fact, I am not judging him at all. I am merely refuting his misrepresentation of the facts in the Herzog matter.
He has moved around this site making discussing comments about Black people and as soon as someone types the word, "GAY," he loses it...He can not have it both ways, whether he prefers having that way or not...
Correction: "...Making *disgusting* comments about Black people..."

You may charaterize this ballot as you see fit. However, if you didn't have anything positive to contribute to this ballot, why say anything at all?

Herzog and I have clashed on several occasions, and although I oppose him on many issues, we do tend to debate civilly.
His anti-Islamic and immigration stances can tend to be close to the line, but how does one persuade if one is not allowed to debate the issue?
Despite our polar views I would like to believe there is grudging respect for the other persons argument, even if we vehenently oppose it.
Incidently, ballot blocking is just admitting that you have lost the argument in my view, and if youre worried about getting bad karma, then any argument put up that you cannot stand behind despite the vitriol, is a pretty weak one.
I would happily be downrated by anyone who believes that my point is offensive and/or racist, and I would desreve it, any bad karma for spurious reasons i.e. disagreeing, is indicative of the opposition being unable to fight their corner.
BBC, you must be mistaken. Kev HAS NEVER made any disparaging remarks about Blacks or any other race.

Voted : Here are my thoughts...
Kev has made comments for/as example... several on this site use it as a tool... and commonly disparage users with phobic remarks as if it's common place and acceptable... and then, for instance, label herzog as a bigot! I've not read any comments from herzog that would make me consider him racist.

I won't get involved in this ballot other than to say I noticed that in your own way you spoke in herzog's behalf. I appreciate your belief in free speech.

I thank those who participated and if you want to read some of his disgusting racial rants aimed at my wife aya, go to his ballot of lies, his comments were uncall for and my wife has never made any disparaging remarks regarding his sexuality, however, he found it necessary to attack her, what a pantwaste he is and will always be...

I posted on the other ballot like this one. I have the same words to give here. I don't know what influence, if any, you had in Herzog's problems. You say he has prevented you from defending yourself on the ballot in question. How? I checked and he does not have you blocked. You have him blocked from defending himself on this ballot.
