I noticed this new addition on the page and I'm wondering what it is? What is the Squawk Boz with the text entry box, the on/off drop down button, and the submit button?

What's it for? how does it work? and does it work?

I tried it and it just started a test count. I closed the page and reopened it and itr was normal again.

So does anyone know what this Squawk Box is?

I assume it's like the old one. Like a B&W chat room. This one being different in that it is located conveniently with the ballots and can be turned off.
