No. Kindness would be the glue that holds it together.

^so, "the lack thereof" would be enough to have a website fall apart? agreed. I didn't really put the best (most appropriate to the question) choices down. I left the choices option open, so somebody else could do it.

The more sensitive person may have something of great value to give to a website. Lack of kindless could deter them.

thanks, forgetmenot, you must be the flower of somebody's youth. I used to think that I was what you might call "the more sensitive person." But, now it has come to my attention that possibly I'm just a "touchy bast&^*" ha ha. lol. But, true enough. Another person might not come back after such grievous insult.

When there's a lot of bickering and bashing going on, I don't feel like I can contribute anything constructive to the mix. I try not to become the target of unproductive chaos. So I just close my browser and open another web that's less dysfunctional. Debate is healthy but ruthless malice not only decays the source but those who witness it as well.

My wife Ruth and I were very close so when my wife left me, I became ruthless, but I'm still a nice guy. lol

I ahve seen a couple go under for want of simple human kindness. Hope I'm not standing watch over a third.

I've seen a few go down too, because of the lack of kindness and elementary behaviour.

Simple kindness is so much more mature. Fact is, some people just get tired of reading the crap.
