I think most know HOW to spell, but they are just to lazy. Believe me, I have asked the same question...I've even told them that they make the rest of the world think we are idiots, even more than they already do. But I can't really go to all of their houses and smack them, so I've given up...

No! Most mistakes are just typos-people get excited and are in a big hurry to state their opinion. And they don't proof read what they type..or,sometimes people are just drunk. As for bad spells-who cares? we know what they are trying to say most of the time.

I can. I don't usually criticize someone for using incorrect spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc., but I never could stand typing like that myself. I just feel I should be past that intellectual stage by now.

The worst offenses is when idiots spell words with a single letter, for example: Y r u?, and when words are spelled with numbers.
