This is a trick question, right?
I've known for years how screwed up Walter Reed was. I have many friends who are 'Nam vets in the DC area, and they don't even bother to use the place for their medical needs. They rely on community hospitals. Thank you one more time, My Guv'mint.
Being a Veteran myself, I will have to go with Anna Nicole Smith Alex for $2...
The Conditions at Walter is not news to me, although, I am quite pleased that FINALLY the 10 Ton gorilla in the room is being acknowledged

I know one person who died as a result of negligence at WR (oops, forgot to notice you were on coumadin before we gave you a colonoscopy), another who lost part of his arm from gangrene due to a dirty IV needle, and another who lost his entire arm from the same.
These are people I know/knew. Just little ole me. Think about six degrees of separation, folks...
