Voted : Guilty
Britain is one of the guilty parties.
200 years after its abolition, slavery still exists in the UK. Many are young vunerable girls sold into the sex trade.
Voted : Not Guilty
Britain, like most of the rest of the world in the early 17th Century, was heavy on the demand end of slaves. But the supply had to come from somewhere, and there were a number of folks in Africa more than willing to deal a few of their less-favored neighbors into slavery. Plenty of blame to go around.

We bought and sold slaves, so we are guilty, However we also abolished slavery.

Whats Brityain guilty of exactly? Whats slavery got to do with anybody today? People should be more concerned with the fact that slavery still exists today, not just in Britain, as Steelhamster has rightly pointed out, but still in Africa today. Quite frankly, if Britain is guilty then so are the Africans themselves.
Everybody is guilty of something. It's our human nature.
