Voted : Wal-Mart
Every Wal-Mart looks like it had a tornado go through.

I went into one yesterday. Similar to what thc described. I wanted to find a brassiere, but all the sizes were higglety-pigglety (or should I say jigglety). 40DD next to 32A. I spent 15 mins trying to find my size and finally gave up. Same applied with most of the clothes. I'm never going back. It used to be a good store. It doesn't help that you now need a translator to talk to any salespeople.

We have this grocery store that has 4 different item signs at each of the 4 sections of each aisle. You have to go around to the four signs to know what's in that section of the aisle and this also does not invite customers to casually peruse the entire aisle--they are too busy hunting for the other signs. I have asked the store manager to put what the entire aisle contains on each sign. I tell him this also would enduce the customer to pass through the entire aisle and maye see something to buy that they were not expecting. He always says, "Oh, wow, I never thought of that. We will do that." But the signs are never changed. As a result, I shop at Von's market. Very upscale and expensive, but pleasant and comfortable to shop there.

I do agree with you on this one. They are so frequently out of stock, too. They also just got rid of their entire sewing section. I used to get alot of my fabrics from them. JoAnn's, Rejoice!

Thanks in part to me. I'll bet all the teachers there threw a party after I was finally let go after years of incompetence lol.
When I lived in the Cleveland area, I spent a lot of time and money in Burlington Coat Factory. They had lots of cool clothes and stuff for the house. Now that I'm in South Texas, the same store here has such a horrible selection of clothes. We were in there a couple days ago and it looked like a war zone. Clothes and shoes on the floor, the fitting rooms were disgusting with peeling wallpaper hanging off the walls and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The Wal-mart here is under stocked and dirty, and hardly anybody that works there speaks English. And forget going to Ross to shop, it's worse than Burlington and every person in there has a screaming child that they ignore. I hate living in South Texas. It's enough to make me wanna
^The Wal-Mart here has all of the razors and razor blades locked in a glass cabinet. You have to find someone who speaks English to get them to unlock it and then they don't have the key and have to go find out who does have it ....
