Voted : Minor speeding (Going 5 km/h over the speed limit)
Minor speeding. I must admit I've been caught twice doing about 20-25 mph over the (70 mph) speed limit here in the UK. 5 km/h is nothing. There is a very low correlation between speeding and causing accidents. It's an easy political weapon to target speeders but actually, excess speed causes negligably more accidents compared to: not paying attention using a mobile phone (see 'not paying attention') staying in the middle lane unnecessarily drink or drug-influenced driving And in terms of the damage done by accidents, excess speed is equivalent (by Newton's laws) to excess weight. An SUV travelling at 20mph will do far more damage to a pedestrian or another car than my little car at 40mph.

This one definatly, because all the other stuff is disrespectful stuff like walking across ppl's yards and littering and vandalism and stuff...

I agree with the minor speeding. All the other stuff, if done enough times (except maybe the overtime parking), may cause property damage.
