persons? Or is it a thing which is equally expected in our society from ALL persons? That is to say, do you think the ones who push for politically correct idioms are placing a higher level of expectation from *white* persons? If so, doesn't that tacitly imply that either you can't expect other people to be sensitive, or they already are, and the "persons of NON-color" are the only insensitive ones? I really am not sure WHAT I think about the answer to this question. My opinion on this is quite fluid, and I want you to sway me with your comments.

Yes, it primarily concerns "white people."
No, it concerns everybody.

COMMENTS:
BTW, I find it curious that the author/publisher of "this book," if it is real, would choose such UNflattering pictures of the people. Is my perception correct in that? I'm sure they could have made the SAME people look more attractive. Or would THAT also have been a breach of political correctness.

You can't stereotype a whole race of people like that. Oh, except for these crackers.

I'm surprised that those people don't pull their pants up a little higher for the photo shoot.

I don't think so, but it's easier to attack white people, for racism, I guess.

I think the problem with both political correctness and its opposite is dishonesty of one kind or another. One shouldn't be dishonest about putting down any group, although at least pc is based on good intentions, if nothing else.
