it is cientifically proven that at that age girls are more developed than boys.... so yes... boys start being a litle srtronger till they are around 16.

Yes its a fact.this was tested by a place with armwrestling,leg strength and wrestling.There is a video of it that you can buy.I can give details if you want it.
