The New Girl keeps posting BS messages in my private messages, Makes snide comments and gives me negative karma, but I have a block up on her.

I can't post messages or comments on her, nor give her negative karma, So what gives? Why is my block ineffective on her, but her block on me is working? Has anyone else experienced a slip in the karma shield?
