But I do think it should be a deciding factor when working out custody of children in that the non cheating parent should be the parent with custody.

Sometimes it can be a blessing. I almost married a cheating slut. I have a feeling that all people who cheat on their significant other eventually get what they deserve.

The government is not suppose to mix in peoples sex lives. If it ever did, porn would also eventually become illegal... who's to say that masturbation wouldn't follow?

NO we're wasting time on illegal things, when we need to wory about the things that are already out there haunting us like children asleep on the railroad tracks or that fuckstick that just got out of his "6 months jail serve" for raping a 9 year old. I say spend tax dollars keeping in the real criminals!

NO, i mean some people cheat for many reasons, it would be silly to waste more jail space on cheating spouses that can go to councelling and get help and continue a loving relationship :)
The family is the cornerstone of society. Adultery causes violent crime, spreads disease, and wrecks families and lives. People should know what they are risking in doing so, until then there should be laws to protect people.

Here's the solution. If no one gets married, then there can't possibly be any adultery. Ban marriage!
