I'd say impeach Cheney. Bush is a corrupt idiot. Cheney is equally corrupt, but he's no idiot, and he is the de facto president, while Bush is just a chimp on bicycle that the Republicans use to distract the public from their evil acts.
First, impeach Cheney. Then we can deal with getting rid of Bush. If we started with Bush, Cheney (a worse evil) would become the "decider." Ugh.
