COMMENTS:
click on "smile bank" at the bottom of the ballot. click on those you want to use. at teh bottom, submit the "smils into your smilie bank" button.
now it is placed in your bank, and you have several to choose from, just by clicking them.

You can now insert images. works just like smiles, but use "img" or "I", and leave out the http:// part. You can include jpg,png, and jpeg images from the web. for exammple,

You know the square brackets enclosing the smiley you posted above? I will use the parenthises. replace them with brackets and d this :
(img:URL)
(img:www.bestandworst.com/bwbanner2.gif)
You must remove the http:// from the url and use the bracket.
If you do it correctly it will look like this :
