The explaination being poor eyesight, slower reflexes and failing memory puts them at high risk for causing accidents. The States gun policy doesn't follow this same line of thought, which is inconsistent given the same criteria used in the Driver's License issue. Would you agree the Driver's License policy is fair and the State should apply the same criteria to gun ownership?
