I live off a deserted desert highway for one, but would call 911 on my cell phone first off, because at first fear sets in with me, then anger. I drive a lifted truck so i wouldn't be much lower than someone following me, and i've read alot about people following people or honking to get them to pull over so they can kill them and honestly if my kids were in the car with me i'd be PISSED, i would probably take over the chasing game and start scaring them in the truck, swerving towards them, and if need be i'd chuck things at them through the window.
Make them crash somehow i guess.
If i have a handgun on me i'd just shoot at them.
Also if you don't have a phone on you and anyone else is around and you feel seriously in danger HONK, honk like MAD until other cars notice and call for help!
