HOUSE RESOLUTION 333 - WHY THE LACK OF NEWS COVERAGE?

[+] ballot by _Beelzebubba
ACTIVE Wed Apr 25, 07 - Thu Apr 24, 08

Somehow this managed to slip through a broadcast on the local Marxist college radio station this morning. I haven't heard it anywhere else so I had to go look it up.

A lot of us have been waiting for this day.

The Nation - Congressman Dennis Kucinich has now filed his three articles of impeachment against Dick Cheney, and the Ohio Democrat is clearly serious about the holding the vice president to account for manipulating intelligence to fabricate a threat of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, manipulating intelligence to fabricate a relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda, and openly threatened aggression against Iran absent any real threat to the the United States.

Kucinich's House website contains the text of the resolution, H.R. 333, along with pages of documentation supporting the articles, a summary of impeachment procedures, and a copy of the congressman's letter to the vice president.

It's irrelevant. Nothing will come of this.
Impeachment is definately "off the table".
Rosie O'Donnell is more important.
Henry Waxman will make sure this never sees the light of day.
The media is going to scramble again to hush this up.

Voted : The media is going to scramble again to hush this up.
The only beef I have with Dennis Kucinich is that his web site claims that Cleveland is the capital of Polka, Bowling and Kielbasa.

The Democrats said Impeachment was off the table for Bush...they never said anything about Cheney. I hope Cheney is run out of town and then Bush, Rove and all the other criminals in their administration with them.

It may not go forward as it should, but this guy really needs to be held accountable for his continuous fabrications...and his "partner" should be next...

well, I am campaigning for Kucinich next time he runs.

a guy who actually does something on the hill. Who knew?

It's all in the way you move the shells around the table.

It may not be irrelevant, and Turd Blossom is certainly a violator of the U.S. Constitution, but nothing will come of it. There aren't enough votes in the House to muster the 2/3 majority necessary to sustain articles of impeachment.
In my view, that's a damn shame.

^^ that's the attitude that put hitler in power.

I say bring it to the floor, and let the history be the judge.

We should all email CNN, demanding that they cover it.

^ And how did so many people miss it? Well a survey of Americans said that 60-some percent don't know who he is.

Defeatests have been saying for years that impeachment can't happen- they're the same kinda people who'll get rolled over by big money their whole lives. But the citizens CAN still have a say in what happens, they can go all the way to the top.

If they care enough, I mean.. lol that's the funny part! :D
