They believed that if you killed a cat (sacred to their culture) it would haunt you and seek it's revenge in subsequent lives. Maybe that person with whom you have problems dealing today, eh? Just a thought. Anyway, what's with the #9? The Greeks thought that the river Styx circled the Underworld 9 times. And 9 is 3x3, a trinity of trinities. Furthermore, the Ancient Egyptians taught that their were 9 spheres, and the corners and faces of a pyramid are totaled (don't forget the base) it also totals 9. So, do you think that 9 is special? I'm just sure some fellow out there will volunteer information about his 9 inches! lol But, what do you say? Does a cat have 9 lives? I had to add the pic.
