Voted : Splenda
splenda tastes better than sugar to me. and a great way to stave off diabetes, if that's in your family history.

As I tell anyone who asks me this question, allow me to take you into a laboratory and make your favorite sugar substitute for you. If you keep using it afterward, it'll be because you're a self-sadist...
LCD, I've never had the keenest sense of taste, but no one's ever been able to get a sugar sub past me.
well, it's not that I can't tell the difference, I can, I just prefer it. as for the manufacturing facility, if you saw what a sugar cane processing plant looks like, you might go off sugar too :)

I can thank my Mother for bringing me up without sugar at all. Besides what's already included in some foods, I never touch the stuff. Most of the stuff in our cupboards has sugar free written on it.

None of them. I haven't had sugar in years...it makes me nutty. Artificial sweeteners are worse.
Voted : Honey (on some things)
Raw sugar's ok, but sugar substitutes are much worse for you than regular sugar.

long-chain moleculeas are dangerous

IF I want something sweet, which is almost never. I am one of those rare women who doesn't much care for chocolate. But that fake stuff really makes me gag. I like honey in my tea, and on the rare occasions when I drink coffee, I take sugar.

Some substitutes give me raging head aches.

My family uses sugar occasionally in coffee but that is about it. Every once in awhile I make cookies, but you can make peanut butter cookies with honey and it tastes so yummy!

Only the real thing will do it for me. Nutrasweet gives me a serious headache.
Splenda or sugar, i really like sugar in everything...sweeter the better :P

Unrefined sugar when I can find it. It still contains some of the nutrients that are left out during the processing of refined white sugar when the molasses is taken out. And because of it's taste, it doesnt seem quite as sweet. I also use molasses and honey, depending on what I'm using it for. I can't stand artificial sweeteners. Most give me headaches too.
