I like Ferris wheels.

The original Ferris wheels had closed cars the size of train cars. It took 20-30 minutes for one revolution. Riders used to complain about the people who farted during these long rides in those gigantic closed gondolas. That's why they began making smaller opened ones.

After World War II, they used to house people in them who were left homeless from the war.

At the county fairs and carnivals, I like the free fall rides and the wild and crazy 'upside down, everywhich way' type rides.

As far actual amusment parks, I'm a sucker for roller coasters. The bigger and faster, the better.
