I've heard all kinds of stories, so it's possible. Unless she can afford one of California's luxury prisons (more than $80 a day).
Who cares. I'm glad she's getting some punishment for once. Besides, isn't she going to go to an all women prison? She should be safe from rape, but one of those nasty lady prisoners might just smack her around a little. 
I hope there's someone there to video it for me. ;o)

But, I'm glad she's going to jail. Maybe she will get a clue that her "high" life isn't really much to talk about. And unfortunately, that's what most of our society, including myself, DO talk about--nothing. I'm just glad for all the little girls out there, who are too impressionable. Hopefully they won't throw away their assets for the amount
I wouldn't wish getting raped on anyone, but jail will be a good, humbling experience for her.

IF she goes, she will be housed in solitary and given all sorts of priveleges not accorded to other inmates. And she'll get all manner of time off for good behavior. Disgusting, but there it is.

No, they'll more than likely put her in protective custody.
That doesnt mean she'll get what she wants though. Some jails and prisons are known for making it as hard as can be for certain celebrities.

Patch, I think that's a presumption. Men COULD technically be raped by women, i supose women could rape other women
