Yep, it's easy for a load of schoolboy puddings on the internet to say she got what she deserved etc etc, but she's really just a naive spoilt child who hasn't really got a grasp on reality. Doesn't mean she deserves jail. Harsh, man.
Apologies, to any puddings who I may have offended :o)
au contraire. if anything, she got better treatment than 99.99999% of others. I mean, who other than her and michael jackson did the things they did and still didn't do a jailtime? equal punishment for equal crimes. she's finally getting hers, and her million dollar lawyers couldn't keep her out. 45 days though, that's laughable, that's not even close to sentencing guideline for offenders without that type of representation.

Yes, jailtime is poor judgement due to her celebrity status, she could have had jail detention...it's tough being a "silver spooner" and to get to hang out with the "stars" with the paparazzi on your tail 24/7 with tabloids and all the other media portraying you in a negative light...there's no need to put her in with a jail population with negative opinions of her...were I born a "silver spooner" I can't be sure I would not be in her predicament...
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I thought (should had been) signed in ...
Voted : No, maybe it might be a wakeup call for her- hopefully
I'll pencil in eighteen seconds of crying time for her...
