"Clinton's foundation negotiated agreements with generic drug makers Cipla Ltd. and Matrix Laboratories Ltd. that he said would mean an average savings of 25 percent in low-income countries and 50 percent in middle-income countries." Is it just me, or does that seem a little off. Why are the savings only 25% in very poor countries, but 50% in middle-income countries? Shouldn't it be the other way around?
Voted : Big Pharma should charge less in the Third World
But to answer the question, YES! they should be required to offer the drugs for very low cost or even for free. Bill Clinton seems like a really good person.
Voted : Prices should be the same everywhere

Voted : You morally can not and should not put a price on people's lives...
Say what you WILL about BILL, however, he cares and I believe he has the potentiality to be a great humanitarian if he continues to travel his present path... Also, the Pharmaceutical Companies don't care about anyone but the almighty dollar and many of your Politicians are in bed with these jokers to include Bush... BTW, excellent ballot Cranky!
^ I know, not aids drugs for me, but I take Plavix, metroprolol, Isosorbide and others, none are covered under my dads health insurance and it almost six hundred dollars a month, that's a lot for us.
