You are walking down the street and you meet Bill Gates. You go back to his house. He offers you 1 billion dollars to take a sip of this new chemical. He tells you that there is an 80% chance that you will live, but a 20% chance that you will die. There is no side-effects, only life or death. With everything that you have been told being completely truthful, would you take the risk and potentially earn yourself a billion dollars, or would you get up and leave.
